Quality Assurance

Another great feature of OMS software is the built-in Quality Ansurance Component. All electronic clinical records are easily QA’d, managed, tracked, and “locked” after final QA completion. QA issues are flagged by pop-ups when clinicians sign on to begin clinical record data entry.

The QA feature also eliminates the need for additional QA Admin staff for agencies with multiple offices sites. Since all electronic records can be stored at the corporate headquarters (accessible by secured internet password protected connections ) a QA staff member can easily manage the QA load generated by as many as 200 mental and behavioral health clinicians.
