Human Resources Record Keeping
Each time a therapist,
doctor or behavioral specialist is hired, many HR records
must be created and filed. Many updates
must be tracked, collected and filed to remain in compliance
with federal and state laws (cumbersome to say the least).
OMS not only tracks employee data that must be updated but
automatically generates data that can be easily
distributed to the staff when updates are required.
This software feature can also be provided as a
stand-alone Human Resources Software for any business or
industry specific application.
Additionally, OMS provides

more cumbersome filing cabinets and storage rooms)
- HR data that integrates into
payroll ( no new data entry )

clinical records ( no new data entry )

Payroll
All data collected and
entered into OMS software through Human Resources at the time of hire
becomes immediately available to your payroll department.
The following is a list of payroll features included with
the software:
- electronic time sheets (
no need for storage )
- pay rates /scales entered
at time of hire
- pay checks are calculated
by OMS Software
- calculations need only to
be entered into an accounting software for direct deposit
or paper check printing.
Note: OMS 3.0 will also
integrate this final piece into the OMS software package.
For a fee OMS techs can set up a feature to integrate OMS
Software with your existing accounting software ( if compatible
).
