Billing/Receivables
This feature of Agency
Suite 2.0 is one of the largest money saver components that
this practice management software has to offer. As your clinicians are completing their
clinical record data entry, they are inadvertently
completely eliminating two tasks that are usually
duplicated in most mental health practices/agencies. They

1. Billing. That’s
right/Clinicians do not even realize that when they
complete clinical records their data entry compiles all
billing data. This feature eliminates nearly 90% of all billing

submitted electronically or
printed on HCFA forms.
2. Receivables can also be
retrieved and inserted into OMS' Agency Suite 2.0 software by batch, which

time consuming data entry. Any unpaid claims are easily
targeted for resubmission by the click of a few buttons.
