About Us
Office Management Systems Inc. (OMS) was founded by Daniel
A. Briggs and Daniel J. Briggs and started as an office
management service company that managed a local mental and
behavioral health center in Bangor Maine. OMS
continued to expand and started developing proprietary
software for mental and behavioral health office use.
Our featured products are

& 2.0.
Both of which were developed by Project Director Daniel A.
Briggs, Ph.D., Programming Engineer Jason Mishou and
Software Design Consultant Daniel J. Briggs.
